X-Treme Pilot III Is the Weapon of Choice for WRC Drivers

Edox has just released a brand new watch, and by the over-sized push-piece, electric green evoking the lights indicating the start of a race and tire tread on the strap you should be able to tell that it’s WRC-inspired just from the first look. Designed for WRC drivers, the watch is in ultra-light titanium and the movement rotated through 180 degrees.

The Edox X-Treme Pilot III is actually crafted by the official timekeeper of the World Rally Championship specifically for WRC drivers, featuring buttons designed to be used with gloves on and a tachometer scale around the dial.

There’s a wheel motif around the case-back and the timepiece can be fixed to the wrists of the most talented drivers in the world via a rubber strap with rally-spec tire tread pattern.

The X-Treme Pilot III will go on sale in June with an €1,890, or approximately $2,750, in a limited edition of 1000 examples. A personalised presentation box is provided and the watch is water resistant to 100 meters / 10 ATM / 330 feet, so no worries if you drive your car into a big lake.
