The aftermarket realm is brimming with joy at the sight of any, every, and all heavy-duty pickup trucks. No, they're not workhorses anymore, at least according to the good folks over at Vossen, and that's been a fact for a very long time already.
Sure, the Big Detroit Three still give them ample credentials to haul and tow big and heavy stuff. But if you really want to, it's easy to make even a Ford F-250 Super Duty or a GMC Sierra HD as fancy as any ultra-luxury super-SUV out there. Or at least almost as fashionable. But there is no need to take our word for granted.

Instead, let us give you two eloquent examples from Vossen since we already mentioned the Miami, Florida-based aftermarket wheel specialist. So, feeling decidedly ready for Memorial Day, a couple of HD pickup trucks visited the harbor for a quick beauty shoot on the side of a US Coast Guard vessel. The powerful boat didn't capture the spotlight, though; it just assisted with the tough yet fashionable appearance and provided the perfect background for a Ford Super Duty and a GMC Sierra HD.

The former is a fifth-generation F-250, and since the Blue Oval company now has different front fascia treatments for the F-Series, it's easy to recognize it as a top trim – it's a $77,865 Platinum, most likely. The truck seen in the first video embedded below isn't stock anymore, though, as it gained a distinguishable lift kit that almost makes it feel like a 'miniature' monster truck. That's not the gist of it, though, as the owner dressed it with Vossen's all-new VFX-02T forged aftermarket wheels finished in Brushed Gloss Clear and sized 24x14.

Under the hood resides the 6.7-liter Power Stroke HO (high output) V8 turbo diesel, which is another $12,495 on top of the initial MSRP, if anyone was curious about it. The power output, by the way, is up to 500 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of mountain-moving torque. The second video embedded below was most likely shot in the same place and depicted a matching HD pickup truck – a GMC Sierra 2500HD in equally high-end Denali trim. This one costs $85,685 with the 6.6-liter Duramax turbo-diesel V8, if we're not mistaken about the Crew Cab with a standard bed and Denali 4WD configuration.

It's also stealthier than its Super Duty brethren, which contrasted the chrome pieces and wheels with the black paintjob. Everything's 'murdered-out' from top to bottom save for the front and rear LEDs – including the all-new Vossen VFX-01 forged aftermarket wheels dressed in Brushed Dark Smoke for this 24x12 application. So, which of the two fashionable heavy-duty pickup trucks is your favorite, and why?
