As far as we're concerned, the BMW M235i is as good as unveiled. Previous spyshots already showed us how the future replacement of the 1 Series Coupe will look like and we like it.
However, as we all know, when you're talking about a BMW it's not just the looks that matter, it's also how it drives and that is an important part of testing any car from the Bavarian manufacturer, not just high performance vehicles like the M235i.
The video below, belonging to spotter 'monsterchannel24' shows us the future 3-liter turbocharged 2 Series Coupe model on the Nordschleife of the Nurburgring. As you can hear and see, the driver is definitely pushing the car to its limits, as it very well should.
We can expect the new M235i to be officially launched at Frankfurt, later this year and arrive in showrooms around the world somewhere in 2014. Rumors say it will be powered by the same 3-liter N55 engine found on the current F20 M135i with roughly the same power output.
