The... ahem... designers of Vygor, the company trying to sell you the SUV GT has come up with another version of the Opera that was unveiled last month. This time, it’s called the Opera 2, and it’s supposed to look more “elegant and exclusive” when you compared it to the original’s aggressive front.
It still looks like something that was designed by Leepu from Chop Shop, but if you don’t like it, Vygor says they’ll design whatever you like at their style center.
While the looks might be questionable, what’s under the bonnet sound very interesting: a 2.0-liter Mitsubishi turbo engine that has been tuned by Terrosi to provide three stages of tune, 300 hp, 350 hp and 420 hp. However, an Evo engine doesn’t sound suited for a grand tourer.
Vygor says that pricing starts at €140,000 plus tax, and we’d just have an X6 M for that kind of money. Can’t you call that an SUV GT?
