Evrim Ozgun, a Turkish virtual automotive designer, has recently decided the fifth-generation full-size truck-based Cadillac Escalade and the first Lambo Urus unibody crossover super-SUV have something in common - his CGI ideas!
The all-new, first-ever Lamborghini Urus SE just wrapped a big world tour during which it traveled across three continents (Asia, America, Europe) from China to the famously ritzy Côte d'Azur and from Germany to New York, just to showcase its new-found prowess as a plug-in hybrid monster rocking added heft and no less than 789 horsepower, a sprint to 62 mph (100 kph) in 3.4 seconds and a maximum speed of 194 mph (312 kph).

But if you look from a distance, it will be hard to distinguish the differences between the original Urus, the fresher Urus S and Performante, or the new king of the ultra-luxury performance SUV hill. As such, many folks would probably indicate that it's best if Lamborghini operated a proper facelift to go along with the new credentials. No worries, even if it's not necessarily an Urus SE, somebody thought about the perfect refreshments for the Lambo Urus.

This pixel master has played with the Urus and gave it not just a nip and tuck but also massive aerodynamic changes, plus different front and rear LED signatures not long ago. Probably activated by the adrenaline of rendering such design projects to CGI life, the author didn't stop there – he also got a full-size truck-based behemoth through the process – the American Cadillac Escalade ESV.

Somehow, that triggered the idea of a reunion – and now the CGI expert has bundled a scenic digital presentation for the two of them. As far as we can tell, they seem to enjoy a virtual respite on a scenic road overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. Not bad, some might say – too bad it's merely wishful thinking.

But since there are no reality shackles to keep them confined, these two SUVs have also gone berserk in terms of styling – the Urus has quadruple 'x' letters in the taillights, for example. In contrast, the Escalade's wall-like front fascia has a couple of LED DRLs that could easily double as light sabers if this journey was happening in the Star Wars universe.

Anyway, just as Lambo customers eagerly await the arrival of the mind-bending Urus SE plug-in hybrid super-SUV, Cadillac fans won't be disappointed either. The American luxury automaker will soon introduce on the market the Escalade IQ all-electric version but also we have seen countless spy photos of the ICE-powered Escalade during pre-production tests, so we know the mid-cycle refresh is also coming for it.

So, there's just one more question: which of these two would you take home if allowed to extract them from fantasy land?
