When it comes to crazy drifting routines, Vaughn Gittin Jr. and his 2014 Mustang RTR put on some of the best exhibitions out there. And this latest video, called “Fire Drift”, might just be the coolest of them all.
Powered by his usual sponsor, Monster Energy, Gittin Jr. takes on couple of literally burning challenges, as he drifts his “green-eyed” musclecar through a set of spectacular staged explosions. He even puts some damage to the rear of his Mustang by knocking over burning fuel-filled trash cans. Now that’s what we call commitment!
And if that’s not enough for you, there’s also a drift jump near the end and a set of flaming rear tires. Truth be told, we wouldn’t sacrifice a Mustang for such a video, no matter how spectacular it turns out, but someone had to do it eventually.
