So, where did the inspiration for the famous Darth Vader helmet come from?

Howe about the Saab 92001, the so-called Ursaab, that preceded the 92, their first car. The design was meant to be aerodynamic in every way, and took its inspiration from the aviation world. It had the lowest drag coefficient of any car at the time when it was revealed.

However, just like the villain’s unwieldy mask, this had flaws, like the fact that the wheel arches would fill p with snow that could restrict tire movement. That probably why nobody joined Saab's dark side!

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
