Notice that we said supercar, not hypercar. While the Bugatti Veyron may have been part of the latter category when it came out, the original examples are as punchy as modern-day supercars (ahem, Lamborghini Revuelto!).
With a tiny bit over 1,000 (metric) horsepower unleashed from that magnificent powerplant, which is a W16 motor with an 8.0-liter displacement and no fewer than four turbos, the original Bugatti Veyrons were the talk of town nearly two decades ago.

Meanwhile, the Molsheim brand has further evolved, and the Veyron's successor, the Chiron, came and went after 500 copies. Bugatti introduced multiple special editions of its more modern hypercar alongside some more exclusive derivatives, and right now, it has a brand-new toy for the rich in the making.

This model will feature a V16 said to have been developed with the help of Cosworth, and it is a naturally aspirated beast with electric assistance. Some outlets speak of an 8.3-liter displacement, around 1,000 horsepower coming from the ICE, 340 horsepower generated by each of the three electric motors, and a total output of roughly 1,800 horsepower. An 8-speed DCT will be on deck, delivering the thrust to all four wheels.

Reports have gone the extra mile, stating that the Chiron's successor will sprint to 62 mph (100 kph) in just two seconds and will reach 124 mph (200 kph) in under five seconds. The top speed of modern Bugattis is a delicate topic, and it appears that the upcoming hypercar will tap out at a limited 276 mph (445 kph).

Mind you, this story isn't about Bugatti's future, but its past, as it revolves around a special Veyron. Images of the hypercar in question made their way to social media a few days ago, and they reveal a menacing look for this modern-classic beast. The vehicle features a satin black look and a few white decals for some well-deserved contrast.

However, the icing on the cake, as far as AL13 Wheels is concerned, is the new alloy set. The wheelmaker calls it the C00-R Monoblock, and it looks like a mix of something a Rolls-Royce and a rally car would feature. They wouldn't be the first choice for our ideal Veyron, but we'll probably never afford one, given that it is still a multi-million dollar affair.

Overall, this is an interesting look of the older hypercar, and the vehicle rocks the almost murdered-out look like a champ. Since the wheelmaker didn't drop a single image of the interior, we cannot tell you anything about it. Still, we can assume that it wasn't touched with the tuning stick, or we would've seen it. So, if you were the proud owner of a Bugatti Veyron, would you go for this look?
