It's been a little over a month since we last saw an ABT-tuned vehicle. Back then, the company unleashed a potent RS 3, and more recently, it has introduced another Audi that sits in a superior league: the RS 7.
Dubbed the ABT RS7-S, the project covers all main aspects, including the exterior, cockpit, and suspension. It couldn't make do without extra power, so the tuner has also given it a healthy boost.

Depending on the configuration, the standard Audi RS 7 enjoys 592 hp (600 ps/441 kW) and 590 lb-ft (800 Nm) of torque, or 621 hp (630 ps/463 kW) and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm). With ABT's magic, the 4.0L twin-turbo V8 is now good for 710 hp (720 ps/530 kW) and 664 lb-ft (900 Nm) or 701 lb-ft (950 Nm) depending on the engine code.

The mechanical work has likely shaved one or two-tenths of a second from the 0 to 60 mph (0 to 97 kph) acceleration time. The stock model can do it in 3.3 seconds and taps out at 155 mph (250 kph). The V8 works in concert with an 8-speed Tiptronic transmission and the brand's quattro all-wheel drive system. The Audi RS 7 also features a rear differential and dynamic all-wheel steering.

A new exhaust system with stainless steel matte black tips is also on deck, alongside the tuner's anti-rollbars and height-adjustable suspension springs. The Audi RS 7 sits on 22-inch alloys wrapped in 285/30 tires and also benefits from a new front lip with side blades, side skirt add-ons, more side blades at the rear, and a spoiler. The model's new given name is visible on the apron.

Inside, the tuned Audi RS 7 from ABT features the tuner's emblem and the RS7-S logos on the seats, dedicated entrance lights bedecked by the tuner's logo, and more of the ABT signature on the steering wheel, gear shifter, floor mats, and start/stop switch cap.

Are you curious about the cost of everything? In Germany, that would be €48,900, which equals $53,222 at the current exchange rates. ABT Sportsline will charge you another €5,940 ($6,465) for the installation. This means almost $60,000, which would otherwise get you a brand-new sports car in the United States (ahem, Toyota GR Supra). As for the 2024 Audi RS 7, it has an MSRP of $127,800.

Mind you, you can make ABT’s RS7-S more expensive by ordering the height-adjustable suspension kit, sports steering wheel with carbon fiber paddle shifter, new dashboard, and seat frame covers, and a complete protection film package. The latter alone will cost you €11,800 ($12,843) in its top specification. So, would you turn to ABT Sportsline to tune your Audi RS 7 if you had one?
