The Motorist Choice Awards comprehends 13 different categories, with distinct divisions, like Popular, which covers competitively priced cars, and Premium, which handles the high-end vehicles.
And Toyota managed to win five out of the 13 categories this year, scoring high in consumer satisfactions, ratings and ownership costs among the other scales.
In the Popular tier, the Toyota FJ Cruiser topped the Active Lifestyle category, while the Toyota Avalon Hybrid gained first place in the High Image list.
The other three spots were taken by Lexus in the Premium tier, with the ES topping in High Image, the RX crossover in Road Trip and the CT 200h hybrid hatchback taking No.1 in Eco Friendly.
