Three Toyotas Ranking First in J.D Power Asia Quality Study

Toyota proves again its quality in another study from Asia, putting three of its models in top place according to their class.
The recent J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2013 India Initial Quality Study placed the Toyota Innova, Corolla Altis and the Fortuner in top spots for their quality.

“Toyota has always strived for perfection in quality. QDR - Quality Durability and Reliability is what Toyota products stand for.” said Toyota Kirloskar senior vice president N. Raja. “It is our commitment to our customers who swear by Toyota quality and service standards. The best way to market your products is word of mouth and that comes only when the customer vouches for the quality of your products. Sustaining a customer is as important getting a new customer. We are happy that our products have been ranked highest, some models year after year, further reinforcing Toyota’s global standards of quality.”

Competing against its rivals on the local market, the Innova got placed first in the MPV segment for the seven year in a row. The Toyota Fortuner topped the SUV class for the the second year while the Corolla Altis ranked first in the mid-size range.
