The Acura MDX now goes on sale in the United States, a month and a half after it was officially unveiled. The three-row SUV starts at $52,250 in the US.
It is the price of the updated MDX, which sports a redesigned front facia with an open-frame Diamond Pentagon grille with new diamond pattern grille mesh. The JewelEye LED headlights and Chicane daytime LED running lights flank the grille.

A new 12.3-inch touchscreen and Google built-in are also on the menu now, while Wireless Apple CarPlay5 and Android Auto™6 capabilities are standard.

The model also benefits from the presence of the Bang & Olufsen audio system, which debuts with the MDX Type S, if the customer checks the Advance Package option box. The range-topping version also gets, for the first time, the all-new AcuraWatch 360 system, which brings more advanced driver assistance capacities. The system integrates additional front corner radars, a high-fidelity front camera and new front millimeter wave radar.

The Acura MDX is America's best-selling three-row luxury SUV of all time. To uphold that reputation, the automaker has come up with competitive pricing.

The entry-level version, the Acura MDX with front-wheel drive can be ordered for $50,900 or $52,250 with the destination fee included. Meanwhile, those who would prefer an all-wheel drive MDX must pay $54,450.

Upper in the range, we find the MDX with the Technology Pack. Both riding on 20-inch wheels, the front-wheel drive version costs $57,650, while the all-wheel drive goes for $59,850.

For the first time in the lineup, the MDX A-Spec comes with the Advance Package. This variant is instantly recognizable because of its sporty appearance. The curvilinear-quoted leather and massaging front seats, previously only available on MDX Type S, are now optional equipment.

Heated outboard second-row seats, a head-up display, a Surround View Camera system, and 16-way power seats are on board. This one starts at $62,850.

Customers can also go for a combination of the A-spec with the Advance Package, a version that is $69,350.

The Acura MDX Type S with the Advance Package as standard sits at the top of the range, starting at $76,300. It is the price of the three-row SUV powered by the turbocharged V6 engine. The car sports Milano leather upholstery, nine-way massaging front seats, second-row heated seats, heated steering wheel and Surround View Camera.

The Type S rides on Berlina Black 21-inch split-spoke wheel with a machined finish and Brembo four-piston front brake calipers. There is an exclusive rear diffuser at the rear, in the company of large quad exhaust outlets.

Two new paint colors are now present in the lineup: the Canyon River Blue Metallic and Urban Gray Pearl.

Those interested in taking one home must know that the cars will be arriving at dealerships across the country starting today.
