I’m sure we’re all aware aware of the fact that talking on the mobile phone while driving is very distracting and it often leads to horrible accidents. However, in Russia, it’s even more dangerous to use the phone when you’re just walking in a supermarket parking lot.
At first, we thought that Israel’s initiative to ban the use of headphones and other attention distracting gadgets while simply walking was a bit far-fetched, however, this actually proves them right. What if the driver of the car in the video was looking out the side window or simply wasn’t paying attention? What then?
