Do you remember the car that took you though college? For some of us here in the office, that vehicle has a few dozen seats and was operated by a guy in an uniform. Meanwhile at the Michigan State University, a student driving a Chrome Lamborghini Gallardo was involved in a crash.
Pics of the accident were posted on Twitter by user @M_Gannon, while Reddit subsequently provided us with extra photos of the unfortunate event. Chrome-blinded jokes aside, the Gallardo met a Jeep Wrangler the hard way and, according to witnesses, it was all the Jeep driver’s fault.
The first world crash took place in the proximity of the University’s campus last week, which happened to be Welcome Week - at least one student didn’t enjoy the warmest of starts then... Interestingly enough, the Wrangler was also dressed in a flashy color, being covered in a shade of Orange that Jeep calls Copperhead Pearl.
Not necessarily as a surprise, the Wrangler was almost untouched by the accident. As for the Gallardo, a 2014 model year with waht appears to be an aftermarket rear wing, did get more than one body panel damaged. Thus, the front apron, hood and the driver’s side front fender were hit, while the driver’s side headlight may have also taken a blow.
The Gallardo was towed away from the accident, not before the accident caused a general stir in the area.
