Our team of spy photographers has recently come across a Ford Fiesta test vehicle, with the car creating a little bit of confusion. Let us explain...
Our hearts wished we were looking at a set of spy photos of the upcoming Fiesta ST hot hatch, but the rear drum brakes on the car say "No!".
Then, maybe Ford is developing a hybrid version of the Fiesta. This isn't too likely either, because unless the company has taken obsessive precautions and thrown in a fake diesel badge, we are dealing with an oil-burner here and we don't think that Ford is going down the diesel hybrid pathway.
All that leaves us with just one answer: we are probably looking at a facelifted incarnation of the Fiesta, with this idea being justified by the extra plastic at the front end of the car.
The Fiesta came to the world (in Europe) in 2008 and its design it's as fresh as it was back then, but maybe the Blue Oval wants to be one step ahead. We'll be back with nee details as soon as we get our hands on them.
