BMW's new hybrid sports car is in the center of attention at the moment, especially after the German manufacturer decided to offer some editors the chance to take a ride in it.
We got the chance to see how it sounds, how it feels but just from the passenger seat and without looking at the interior. This time we got our hands on some brand new spyshots showing new details of the hybrid car.

These new photos show us the design of the headlights and they are, as expected, a bit different from the concept car. The production model headlamps seem to be pushed a bit further towards the front of the car and it appears as if they are connected to the front kidney grilles. Also, the prominent square shape of the angel-eyes on the concept car seems to have disappeared.

The tail-lights look different too but still carry a decent resemblance to the concept car. The ones on the production car seem to be thicker and shorter whilst the indicators are now located above the stop lights, on the so-called "wings". That actually looks better than the concept in our opinion.

Overall, the production car stays close to the concept design which is definitely a good thing. Another plus is the fact that not all design changes are bad, some of them actually improve the car's looks and maybe even functionality, like the placement of the rear indicators.
