The winter is now passing, so it could be time to think about a ride in a convertible and to stay on topic we’ll tell you that one example of the world’s rarest open-top supercars is set to be auctioned in the UK by Aston Barclay Group’s Chelmsford center later this month.
We are talking about a Spyker C8 Spyder, with this example of the car being registered in 2007 and wearing the 170 production number (out of 250). The vehicle comes with under 5,000 miles (8,000 km) on its odometer and is in perfect condition. We’ll remind you that the car can hit 62 mph from a standing start in under 4.5 seconds, while offering a top speed of 190 mph (306 km/h).
The Spyker C8 Spyder is scheduled to go under the hammer in Aston Barclay Chelmsford’s regular Wednesday sale, which starts at 10.30am on March 21.
