The 1965 Shelby Cobra 427. A monster. A delight. A widow-maker. A dream... the list could go on forever, but we’re not here for that. Instead, we want to show what a Cobra fitted with a NASCAR engine can do.
This unit of the original 1965 Cobra was fitted with a NASCAR-sourced V8 engine, which was detuned from 800 to 650 hp, probably for reliability reasons.
