Today seems to be a good day for catching pre-production prototypes of the C-Class variety. After earlier on we showed you a white-on-white Mercedes-Benz W205 C-Class sedan, it is now time to check out the first ever spy photos of the S205 C-Class Estate, otherwise known as the T-Modell (Touring Modell) version of the regular C-Class.
Wearing quite a bit more camouflage than its sedan counterpart, the model's design is harder to distinguish, especially where it counts – at the rear.
From the width of the lower part of the rear compared to the hatch's window we can pretty much guess that the new C-Class Estate will have much broader “shoulders” though, which would continue a design line introduced by the Mercedes-Benz GLA.
The S205 C-Class Estate will arrive a few months after its sedan brother, with which it will share every single engine in its lineup.
A variety of four and six cylinder turbocharged engines will power everything from the C 180 to the C 400 Estate, with a choice between either diesel, gasoline or hybrid. Stay tuned for more revealing photos of the model in the upcoming weeks.
