We knew Roush was up to something since last year's SEMA Show in Las Vegas, but no power figures have been announced until recently.
The new Phase 3 Supercharger is finally ready to power your 2011-2014 5.0-liter Mustang up to an amazing 675 HP and 585 lb-ft of torque, and will be available later this spring.
The extra 255 HP and 195 lb-ft of torque come through a 2.3-liter TVS blower matched with an 80 mm pulley, but other updates, such as a high efficiency intercooler or Roush PCM calibration, have been developed.
The full Phase 3 Supercharger system is available for $7,199, while the upgrade kit can be bought with prices ranging from $1,099 to $1,499 depending on which version you already have.
We've seen more powerful Mustangs out there, engineered by Shelby of course, but Roush Performance did a tremendous job with the new Supercharger considering we're talking about a 5.0-liter Coyote.
