Here at autoevolution, we just love a good tuning job on an Alfa Romeo V6 engine, like those for the 147 GTO in the good old days. Now there’s a new one that has a distinct “for this customer only” flavor to it, since it targets the 159-based Brera coupe, one of the best looking cars on the road... five years ago.
The V6 version of the car, sporting that 3.2-liter chromed lung that looks like an old Ferrari engine, was tuned by Romeo Ferraris in partnership with British Alfa Romeo tuning firm Autodelta, which came up with the whole supercharger kit.
The project has added a massive 98 horsepower to the 260 hp of the 3.2-liter V6. The kit comes with compressor, intercooler, special piping, reprogrammed ECU and new exhaust system. Make sure you don’t slam your foot on the gas, or you’ll brake something!
