Rolls-Royce happily acknowledges that it "enjoyed a highly successful year in 2023, with strong sales and demand for its products in markets worldwide, and Bespoke commissions at record levels."
That's a great way to start 2024 and the celebrations for the brand's 120th anniversary - Charles Rolls and Henry Royce met for the first time on May 4, 1904. Last year, no less than 6,032 examples were sold by Rolls-Royce, more than ever before, and the global sales were led by two of the most important markets worldwide – North America and China.
Just like in 2022, the ultra-luxurious Cullinan crossover SUV led in sales worldwide, followed by the Ghost saloon. The Phantom flagship continues to reign supreme, but Rolls-Royce also featured a premiere last year – as it discontinued, as planned, the Wraith and Dawn models, it also started the first deliveries of the company's first-ever all-electric model – Spectre.
The latter was officially introduced to the world in October 2022, and production started during the summer of 2023, with the first clients taking delivery during the fall season. Well, apparently, the "first all-electric series Rolls-Royce in history has attracted enormous interest worldwide, particularly among younger clients, setting a clear direction of travel and establishing a solid foundation for the marque's bold electric future."
Obviously, these customers would love to stand out in a crowd, especially if the model is very popular. So we're seeing an exciting trend as more and more Rolls-Royce Spectre units pop up on the radar of aftermarket outlets and parts providers. These outlets obviously love to play with the looks of Rolls-Royce vehicles. However, there's no need to take our word for granted, as we have a quartet of pristine examples.
For example, maybe you would love an Arctic White and Silver Rolls-Royce Spectre shod in custom 24-inch aftermarket wheels while it's still winter, and you can take it to your favorite ski resort to blend in with the snow. For sure, the good folks over at RDB LA will quickly oblige if anyone wants another commission like this.
Secondly, maybe those 24s aren't enough to make a statement, especially if you would prefer a black and silver Rolls-Royce Spectre rocking the 577-hp electric powertrain on the massive 26s provided by none other than Forgiato. With those stunning retro-looking wheels, the all-electric ground tourer wouldn't look out of place in a classic setting reminiscent of the 1900s!
Last but not least, maybe EVs aren't for you – at least not yet. No worries, we have options that seem to invite spring into our homes from AG Luxury, which activated "boss mode" with a set of AGL60s on a traditional Rolls-Royce Phantom limousine. Or, maybe we could go back to the company's top sales model and see how a Cullinan looks on contrasting-black 24-inch full-face ANRKY RF-277s! So, which one is your favorite custom Rolls, and why?
