Apparently, pedestrians in Russia have a very hard time. The kid shown in this video is attempting to cross the road (properly - on a crosswalk) and not only is he forced to stand in the street to wait for a chance to cross the road but he also gets hit by the same guy who was blocking the sidewalk in the first place.
While backing out his illegally parked Toyota Camry, the driver pushes the kid, and had there been a car coming, this could have ended really badly indeed. However, nobody seemed to mind the event, not even the kid who then went on his way as if nothing had happened.
This and so many other videos are really starting to dent the quality of driving in Russia to extremely low standards of safety and discipline.
