Some say the first-generation Chevrolet Camaro is the best, as those that followed have gradually become softer from a visual perspective. You may agree with this statement. Either that or you have a soft spot for the bowtie brand's original muscle car, as you're interested in this '67 model.
The first-gen Chevy Camaro was assembled between the 1967 and 1969 model years. It was produced at factories worldwide, including the United States, Venezuela, and Peru, as well as the Philippines, Belgium, and even Switzerland.

Off the bat, the automaker offered it with two body styles, coupe and convertible. It was based on the same platform as the era's Pontiac Firebird, featuring a front-engine and rear-wheel drive layout. Most of the powertrain family comprised the multiple V8s available, yet it also came with a pair of straight-six units. Manual and automatic transmissions were offered.

This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS uses a V8, and it is the 327 ci mill. The 5.4-liter produced up to 275 horsepower in the top specification and unleashed 355 pound-foot (481 Nm) of torque whenever the driver abused the throttle. Channeling the output and thrust to the rear wheels, in this case, is a manual transmission with three forward gears, so the driving engagement is on deck, assuming you're into changing gears by hand and practicing your heel-and-toe.

Finished in Granada Gold and sprinkled with the usual chrome appointments and a vinyl roof, this classic muscle car rides on a set of wheels typical to that era that were shod in tires with partially white walls for old-timer vibes. It has a beige interior with a three-spoke steering wheel, the original gauges, buttons, and knobs, and it has aged like fine wine, which is more than we can say about some modern-day vehicles, including muscle cars.

But why does it look so good? Well, because it was fully restored at one point. The extensive work is said to have gone into it some 20 years ago. Copies of the original window sticker and invoice accompany this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS, which has a mere (for this kind of ride) 46,376 miles (74,635 km) on the odometer.

We're certainly fans of this model, yet we think it would’ve looked way better with a black finish and wide tires. The vehicle is listed for grabs, and Garage Kept Motors has been tasked to find a new home for it. How much do you think it will cost you? You're wrong unless you said $54,900, as that was the asking price at the time of writing. We've seen Camaros from this era go for far less than that, and we've also witnessed others fetch more. So, how much do you think it's worth?
