BMW has been doing a lot of stuff these first summer weeks – celebrations, facelifts, all-new models, and more. Of course, the rumor mill and the imaginative realm of digital car content creators can't be too far behind, right?
Just recently, we saw our spy photographer partners catch up to the upcoming BMW M3 Touring CS, for example. BMW itself has celebrated the 25th anniversary of the X5 with something that few people thought possible – an off-road package. Yep, the BMW X5 Silver Anniversary Edition even gets optional all-terrain tires. Also, their most prolific SUV – the compact X3 luxury crossover – got an all-new face, new mild hybrid engines, plus a slightly elevated price tag in America, plus a lot of topics for controversy, as always.

No worries, it's not the only wacky model – the 2 Series also got updated, and the mighty BMW M2 gets 20 more horsepower to reach the same 473 hp as the base 2025 BMW M3 and M4 siblings. While the 2 Series is barely different from its predecessor, the M3s are easily recognizable because the two have gotten a fresh LED daylight running lights signature, and the Competition version now boasts 523 horsepower.

Do you want more? Then let's discuss how the new BMW M4 GT3 EVO costs $625 while it's almost as long as an older 7 Series and as wide as the recently-defunct Bugatti Chiron. Or how Alpina, now a fully-owned BMW subsidiary, has boosted the 3 Series and 4 Series Gran Coupe to no less than 529 horsepower. So, it's pretty obvious that the Bavarians – as quirky as ever – are on a big roll.

Naturally, those dwelling across the parallel universes of vehicular CGI are struggling to keep up the quick pace – some have focused on the upcoming BMW M5 sedan and Touring. In contrast, others deal with the 'little' ones, like the M3 and M4. For example, this virtual automotive designer, better known as a.c.g_design on social media, tries to help the BMW fanbase dream about what comes next for the M series – again.

So, after his recent BMW M2 Touring shooting brake design project, he's been keeping himself busy with stuff concerning the 2025 BMW M3 and M4. A while back, the pixel master reworked the M4 CSL with his signature body kit, including a new front bumper and grille design, new fenders, a modified rear bumper and diffuser, fresh side skirts, and a new spoiler.

But that wasn't all – this time around, he focused on the refreshed BMW 3 Series (G20) to make it a tad more aggressive – the CGI expert quickly reworked a new front and rear bumper design with stacked dual exhaust outlets. After that, he took everything to the next, most practical level with a reworked G81 BMW M3 Touring concept that's so aggressive you might even forget about the double-coffin radiator grille.

It is also virtually designed specifically for the BMW M3 Touring model, complete with a front splitter, side skirts, and rear diffuser, all to make it easy to stand out in any crowd. However, it is up to you to decide if we are dealing with the right or wrong kind of tuning crowds. What do you think?
