Are you excited about the upcoming 2024 24 Hours of Le Mans? Do you also play Real Racing 3 on your mobile device? If the answer to both questions is yes, I have great news: Firemonkeys Studios and Electronic Arts just announced an update packed with Le Mans goodies.
The Ferrari 499P is the main highlight of this new bundle. The race car that marked Ferrari's return to top-tier prototype racing after several decades joins the game's already extensive list of Le Mans rigs. Like all brand-new additions to the game, you'll be able to win the 499P by completing a limited series event.

Called Fast and Ferrari, the event debuts June 12, and you need to complete it five days after you've hit the start button. The rewards will also include M$170,000, 70 Gold, and 6,500VP. If you miss the event, the race-spec Ferrari will set you back M$2.75 million. Once you own the 499P, you can race it in the 2023 LMDh Championship Series in the Endurance Prototypes section.

Update 12.4 also includes the very first LMP2 addition to the game. I'm talking about the Oreca 07, which debuted in 2017 and became a popular choice for various outfits. The Alpine A470, Acura ARX-05, and the Rebellion R13 are all based on this chassis.

You can earn the Oreca 07 LMP2 by completing a limited series that begins on May 20. You have seven days to complete it and earn 60 Gold, M$150,000, and 5,250VP in addition to the race car. The Oreca 07 will cost M$2.5 million if you skip the event. The French racer will get its own series under Endurance Prototoypes. The LMP2 2023 Season will bring you an additional 75 Gold and M$75,000.

Both the Ferrari 499P and Oreca 07 will become part of a new multi-class series called Battle for Le Mans. The BMW M Hybrid V8, Acura ARX-06, and Porsche 963 LMDh will join these latest additions to the game. It unlocks if you own any of the cars above, and rewards will include 86 Gold and M$86,000.

That's about it for new vehicle additions, but this update also brings the Ferrari 488 GTE back into the spotlight. More specifically, you can add it to your collection via the Le Mans: Ferrari flashback event. Completing the series will also bring you 40 Gold, R$100,000, and 5,000VP.

The McLaren Senna GTR is another supercar you can earn if you missed the original addition. The Pinnacle of Performance flashback event starts June 18, lasts seven days, and includes rewards like 60 Gold, R$150,000, and 5,000VP.

Then there's the BMW M6 GT3, which you can own in a limited-series event alongside 70 Gold, R$200,000, and 5,250VP. But wait, there's more! The Chevrolet Corvette C7 ZR1 is also getting a limited-series event, allowing you to win the car, 55 Gold, R$100,000, and 5,250VP.

As usual, Real Racing 3 is adding a new Exclusive Series for the update. This one only includes the Lotus Emira. If you own the car and it's fully upgraded, you can earn an extra 80 Gold and R$150,000.

Update 12.4 becomes available on May 20, 2024. Find out more about it in the video below.
