If you have a craving for rare BMWs and around USD20,000 burning a hole in your pockets, you might want to check out this craligslist post. One lucky guy is selling his rare BMW E30 Touring and he's serious about it.
The car was built in 1991 and has the complete M Technik package on it, being imported from Germany to British Columbia and then the US. The model is a 316i and has the original M40 engine that makes 102 HP and 142 Nm (105 lb-ft) of torque out of the 1.6-liter displacement it has.
According to the seller, the car returns 30 mpg (7.8 l/100 km) but we find that hard to believe. Noticeable add-ons installed on the car include E36 M3 brakes, Koni coilovers, BBS RS wheels, Borla exhaust and an M steering wheel.
From the only photo he posted, the car truly looks amazing but is it worth the money? Check it out yourself, if you're near San Diego, it's worth a look.
