We loved the Range Rover Evoque when we tested and we knew that we’re not the only ones: US customers share this feeling, which has caused Land Rover dealers in America to run out of stocks.
However, Land Rover will increase Evoque production and will increase its US deliveries by 33 percent (inventory per month). Dealers currently receive 750 units per month, while starting from September, they’ll get 1,000 examples of the crossover each month.
The Evoque convinced 4,355 US customers in the first half of the current year, boosting Land Rover’s sales in America to 20,991 units, a figure that can be translated into a 21 percent increase compared to that recorded a year before.
The aforementioned sales would have been even greater and Land Rover would’ve managed to receive even more customer attention, if the Evoque stock had been larger and this is why the company is determined to solve the problem.
