The most powerful Porsche SUV ever put into production is now available in Malaysia. We're talking about the new Turbo S model, which takes its rightful place at the top of the SUV range.
Powered by a 4.8-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, the Cayenne Turbo S has a massive 550 hp at its disposal, 50 more than a Turbo and enough to get it from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds.
That sounds like scary amount of power to have in a two-ton SUV, but what's even scarier is the price Malaysians will have to pay to own one. This kicks off at RM1,330,000, which is $443,000 at today's exchange rate. No, we didn't add an extra number by mistake, that's just how taxes work.
By comparison, the US customer only has to pay $146,000 for exactly the same range-topper, which is about $300,000 less… as much as you'd pay for a Ferrari 458 Italia.
