New info on Lindsay Lohan’s Porsche 911 crash that took place last week is startingto appear and it seems that the police will not file any charges against her. Santa Monica Police told Inside Line that no charges have been filed against the actress, after TMZ.com reported that Lohan lied to the authorities about driving the hired Porsche that was involved in the accident. Thus, the officials claim that the information was not correct.
The police issued a press release that offered details about the accident: “"The driver of the dump truck was uninjured and was determined to not be impaired. The occupants of the black Porsche were determined to not be impaired and were transported to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Investigators are attempting to determine the driver of the black Porsche at the time of the collision."
