Social media is desperate to get the 2020 Toyota Supra fully tuned as quickly as possible. And this is how you explain a Pandem widebody kit fitted to the Japanese sportscar with a lot of duct tape.
The Mk V Supra that brought us here belongs to vlogger The Stradman, who made no secret out of the fact that he's aiming for the tuner world.
Of course, such intentions are only normal when posting has become your job, since these are the kind of mods that set one apart of YouTube, Instagram and any other network of the kind.
Heck, James (this is the actual name of the aficioando) really started climbing the online ladder after grabbing an early Lamborghini Gallardo and installing a few custom bits on the Sant'Agata Bolognese machine.
Returning to the aero package we have here, the most visible pieces are the fat fenders and that super-sized wing, with the latter making the whole car appear wider.
Tra Kioto is the Japanese specialist that builds the Pandem kit (don't call it a Rocket Bunny, though, since that's a separate line from the said company), with the tuner being the brainchild of Kei Miura.
As for all the tape, James used this to provisionally fit the aero pack to the Supra (there are many microfiber pieces under the fiberglass kit, to protect the vynil wrap on the car). The gear head will obviously go for a proper installation soon, custom wheels and all.
Oh, and by the way, have you noticed the purple Jeep Gladiator in the background? That pickup truck is waiting for its 1,000 hp Hellephant crate engine to arrive.
I'm not sure if James is prepared to gift his Toyota with any tech mods, but, as far as this side of the aftermarket story is concerned, I'll remind you that the 2020 Supra has already dropped a 10s quarter-mile on the stock turbo (for the record, the sportscar is a 12s machine when coming in factory form).
