Thanks to the Jurassic Park movie, we now know it's a really bad idea to take genes from fossils and clone some really big, really scary dinosaurs. The minds of all 90s kids are forever scared by nightmares of being chased by a hungry T-Rex or a pack of very angry velociraptors.
However, nothing will get your mind off that like owning your own safari safety vehicle. In the movies, Ford Explorers were used as "Safari Tour Vehicles" o drive people around the various exhibitions on the Isla Nublar.
Some really ingenious people had the bright idea of turning a 1980 Subaru GL-5 Wagon into a Jurassic Park vehicle for the real wold. With a puny 1.6-liter engine at its disposal, it won't outrun the raptors, but it looks the part.
They used pizza boxes and a garbage can as paint stencils, but the end result is quite amazing. Something tells us they knew what they were doing here!
