Following the latest Lexus RC spyshots we posted earlier and our speculations on the engine that will power the coupe, more rumors about it have surfaced recently.
Claiming to have spoken with an anonymous Lexus company source, Automotive News says that the new Lexus RC (told you it’s not an IS coupe!) may have its wraps pulled off in November this year, at the Tokyo Motor Show.
Word is that the standard RC will be powered by the same 3.5-liter V6 engine found in the IS and GS sedans, possibly having a hybrid version as well.
Moreover, the performance version RC F may be unveiled in January at the Detroit Auto Show, and is rumored to have a 460 horsepower V8 under its hood.
