American Honda Motor announces they will have the new 2014 FourTrax Rincon ATV in showrooms in August, and the quad will also be available in a new color: beige with black wheels. Olive and red versions will also be available.
The 2014 Honda FourTrax Rincon will be powered by a four-stroke PGM-FI longitudinal single-cylinder 675cc engine, fed through a 40mm throttle body and mated to an automatic transmission with hydraulic torque converter.
The torque-sensitive front differential is standard, and the ATV wil provide three forward gears, and reverse. Independent suspensions for both front and rear are announced, just like dual hydraulic disc brakes for the front and a single hydraulic for the rear.
No figures on racking and towing capacities have been made public now, but we can tell you that the 2014 Honda FourTrax Rincon comes with a 648-pound (293 kg) curb weight, 9.2" (23.3 cm) clearance and will be available for $9,199 (€7,110).
