This month, BMW will unveil the new generation 3-Series and it will start with the sedan incarnation as per usual. The market arrival is set for February of next year, and after a few months, the Touring will be introduced.
Rumor has it that the coupe (F32) and convertible (F44) will not be marketed as a 3er, but as the new 4-Series, and German publication AutoZeitung has introduced this rendering of the contender.
However, it will follow the lines of the 3-Series much more closely than the 6er does with the 5-Series. The front end is based on the more recent sightings of the saloon, and features a smaller and more elongated grille that flows towards he headlights. Expect the engine lineup to be made up entirely of four- and six-cylinder engines.
