Body paint Artist Trina Merry responded to a inquiry coming from Ryan Berman of i.d.e.a. and the result of their collaboration is truly astonishing.
Trina re-creates various motorcycles with an intriguing and sexy combination of skillful body paint and human posture manipulation.
After studying the way the human body bends and which parts are better to mimic bike components, the team went ahead and started to determine the best lighting and photographer Juan Moreno has started capturing these human motorcycles in his own fashion.
Each bike required advice from Yoga instructors, dancers and so on, and the hours of work for each model were not at all few: the Harley took 15 hours, the Ducati 18, and the KTM dirt bike 13.5. Each bike was airbrushed by no less than 8 people, taken care of by two massage therapists, with a maximum of 2 minutes' time a bike could be held in position.
And even more, the whole idea started a touring show around the US. Watch out for tickets and go see these truly unique motorbikes.
