While Cadillac is preparing a facelift of the current generation Escalade, people keep modifying theirs, sometimes with an OTT flair and other times the right way. So, where does the one pictured below stand?
First of all, it's not pictured but rendered. More on that in a few moments, as second, it certainly fits in the appealing side of things. It looks like a veritable automotive shadow courtesy of its murdered-out stance, and it also has a set of huge alloys.

Black paint was digitally used on its body. This Cadillac Escalade-V has blacked-out lights at both ends, deep-tinted windows, and no chrome elements. The wheels came from Forgiato's portfolio. They have a bi-tone look with a contrasting gray touch and probably measure close to 30 inches in diameter.

Few vehicles can rock humongous wheels and still look good, and since the Escalade is a behemoth, it does that without looking ridiculous. The horrible turning radius and bouncy ride are the downsides of these modifications, and a real thing would probably never venture far from home unless its owner is into jiggly rides.

This Cadillac Escalade-V is celebrating its fifteen minutes of online fame in a digital video uploaded by 412donklife on social media a few days ago. You can watch the clip at the bottom of this story and check out the screenshots we shared in the gallery above. But before you do that, tell us what you think of this virtual project in the comments section.

We're definitely fans of the way it looks, especially with the dark-out head- and taillights and the blacked-out windows. We wouldn't pick such large alloys if this premium SUV was ours, and we'd also choose a different set, perhaps one with a disc-like appearance or one with a multi-spoke pattern and some concavity. But that's just us, and we will still be friends with you if you don't agree.

Back in the real world, the GM-owned premium car brand is putting the final touches on the facelifted Escalade. The model is expected to launch sometime next year, and it will feature a fresh lighting signature up front that the Escalade IQ inspired. The grille was tweaked, and it has a different bumper. Out back, it should get a new bumper and fresh taillights.

A massive screen stretching from one pillar to the other takes center stage inside, and it is one of the most important novelties. There is another display below it that controls the HVAC system, and the steering wheel, air vents, and other parts were also refreshed. More about the facelifted Cadillac Escalade in future spy shots (and perhaps leaks, too), as now it's time to tell us what you think of this murdered-out example.
