Right, this is just about as classy as a Bonnie can possibly get!
There’s been no shortage of bespoke Bonnies adorning autoevolution's pages with their grace. The build we’ll be looking at today hails from a New York-based dealership that goes by the name of Ducati NYC (ironically). At its core, this bad boy is a 2016 model from Triumph’s beloved Bonneville range – a hot pick for workshops looking to craft a custom showstopper.

From the factory, the 2016MY Bonnie is brought to life by an air-cooled DOHC parallel-twin powerplant that prides itself with a healthy displacement of 865cc. At approximately 7,500 rpm, this mill is fully capable of generating up to 68 horses, accompanied by a torque output of no less than 50 pound-feet (68 Nm) at 5,800 rpm. The engine’s wicked force is handed over to a chain final drive via a five-speed transmission.

We can probably all agree that Triumph’s beast is one hell of a two-wheeler. As for Ducati NYC’s unique Bonneville, the team kicked things off by creating a loop-style subframe to accommodate a two-seater quilted leather saddle. While that unique seat looks the business, the bike’s copper-clad bodywork takes the cake for being the most impressive aspect of this build.

You will find a fresh skid plate and a copper-plated headlight housing, accompanied by a shiny fuel tank and fenders to match. Quite frankly, we’d say the firm’s meticulously crafted bodywork modules are absolutely delicious! These tasty things are complemented by a pair of Canyon Racing laced hoops that wear top-grade wave-type brake discs from Galfer’s catalogue.

Furthermore, Bonnie’s front and rear suspension setups got treated to a set of progressive springs for good measure. In the powertrain department, the crew installed a heat-wrapped British Customs exhaust system, topped with reverse megaphone mufflers that’ll certainly deliver a sweet soundtrack to go with your ride.

New York’s moto masters continued browsing British Customs’ inventory to obtain a new headlight bracket, as well as aftermarket turn signals. The finishing touches come in the form of a classy leather tool bag and tracker handlebars that wear bar-end mirrors. In keeping with the copper theme, this fiend was nicknamed “Miss Money Penny.”

Ducati NYC’s creation has to be among the prettiest bespoke Bonnevilles we’ve ever come across, and we're curious to learn if you agree.
