It was back in 2012 when Mercedes-Benz revamped the CLS-Class and boy, did they do a good job! The truth of the matter is, the Daimler people have been rolling out some impressive facelifts lately, the kind that would make you think you’re looking at new models.
On one hand, you’d be right as the exterior is completely changed in most situations but on the other hand you’d still know what lies underneath.
Getting back to the matter at hand here, the guys from Misha Designs didn’t spend too much time admiring the shapes of the new CLS, and they got to work. Their end goal? To create a body kit for the Merc, one that would withstand the test of time.
Today we’re in 2015, three years later, and we have to say that their hard work paid off. A new photo gallery they did with the car supports our claim as you can see below.
Especially noticeable are the hood vents, front bumper, front fenders, side skirts, trunk spoiler and rear bumper with diffuser. Those six pieces truly make up the entire Misha Design kit.
However, the car below also has a custom one-off metallic burgundy paint job done by the guys from JC Customz. As for the wheels (as I’m sure you’ll want to know all about them as well), they are 22” Savini Wheels BM9s with a custom brushed bronze finish.
While it’s all looking great, we can’t help but wonder not only what Mercedes-Benz will come up with next but also what the tuner will do for it. Stay tuned!
