Now that the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe (C217) is already on sale, but not yet in showrooms or on the road (that will happen from September, ed), those who have already ordered one are probably experiencing one of the hardest waiting games in their lives.
It is not yet known if that was the main reason behind the following piece of information, but what is certain is that almost all S-Class Coupe fans can finally get one of their own, and at a much lower price than the original would have costed them.

We are of course talking about Mercedes-Benz unveiling two scale model variants of their gorgeous luxury coupe, both of which will be available alongside the real car starting this September at Mercedes-Benz dealerships.

As with other Mercedes-Benz scale models, the two S-Class Coupe miniatures will also be available for ordering from the Mercedes-Benz Online Shop.

Hand built by Norev from 110 mounted parts, the 1:18 scale model variant of the S-Class Coupe comes in either “designo” diamond white bright or Emerald green metallic and has an EUR 79.90 recommended retail price for Germany, including 19 percent VAT.

The smaller 1:43 scale version is also hand built, only this time by the model car specialists from iScale from over 50 individual parts, with its recommended retail prices sitting at EUR 29.90.

Unlike the larger model, the 1:43 scale variant comes with a choice of three exterior colors, with customers being able to choose from “designo” diamond white bright, Magnetic black metallic or Cavansite blue metallic – all of them being available on the real car as well.
