With less than six months until we see the 2015 Mercedes-Benz AMG GT (C190) in all its glory, it seems that the Germans from Auto Zeitung decided to spill the beans on how the sports car's interior will look, and boy it's gorgeous.
Having a look at the photos, it seems that they were taken with the authority of the Mercedes-Benz engineer in charge of the car, so this might not be the horrible leak that it appeared to be at first.
The four central air vents throning over the console dominate the interior design, while the material from which they are constructed is found on almost every button inside, the entire cockpit being a symphony of leather and aluminium.
As expected, the free-standing LCD screen found on almost every modern Mercedes-Benz will find its way into the AMG GT as well, with plenty love-it-or-hate-it voices having been heard on automotive websites around the world.
The transmission tunnel comes with the new touchscreen Comand controller, while the gearbox stick sits behind it for the very first time. The only remaining unknown is the sound of its twin-turbocharged M178 engine, but we will find out how it sounds in due time. Overall, we are pretty blown away by the interior design though, how about you guys?
