The alloys come from Miami, Florida-based Vossen's vastly specialized portfolio; they are called S21-04 because they are part of the Forged Series 21 and cost $2,400 apiece. There, is your curiosity satisfied?
Just kidding – ours isn't either. After all, we are talking about the C8 Chevrolet Corvette here, a true blank canvas to make it your own. So, while the rumor mill is desperately trying to make sense between the multitude of C8 prototypes out testing which ones are ZR1s and which ones are the electrified Zora, the aftermarket realm is still busy playing with the Z06.

The homologation version for the 2023 model year, the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06, is the performance version of the current Corvette generation, presented in late 2021 as the next step above the $68,300 Stingray. It's a big leap, actually, with its $112,700 starting MSRP and the new naturally aspirated 5.5-liter LT6 flat-plane crank V8 that jumps from up to 495 hp to 670 ponies at 8,400 rpm and 460 lb-ft (624 Nm) of torque at 6,300 rpm.

Its redline comes in at 8,600 rpm, and it's most powerful naturally aspirated production V8 in the world. Naturally, this represents the basis for the Chevrolet Corvette C8.R race car since 2019 and also has a distinct appearance from the C8 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. However, some folks might think that it's best only if the aftermarket realm tramples with it a little bit. But hey, there's no need to take our word for granted – here's another eloquent example.

The good folks over at Miami AutoSport Technik, a local automotive customization shop that's a city neighbor with Vossen, were asked to prepare a tasty yellow Chevrolet Corvette Z06 for the summer – and the result is simple yet stunning. So, the sports car now sits closer to the ground on stock Z06 coilovers and was expertly fitted with the Vossen Forged Series 21 (S21-04) model in contrasting black attire.

As always, the beauty is in the details rather than the devil – the C8 Z06 contrasts the summer-loving yellow with glossy black bits and pieces. Plus, the staggered Vossen wheels look spot on with this lowered fitment, making the Corvette even more aggressive but also "super chic" (as someone noticed on social media) because of its cool contrast between the forged aftermarket alloy wheels and the yellow brake calipers.

As far as we can tell, the interior is also very simple – possibly completely dressed in black. So, if you could make it your own, would you replicate this subtle and tasteful build on your C8 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 or start something new, perhaps with an E-Ray?
