The Japanese automaker Lexus will team up with Tony Hawk Foundation in order to make a fan based decal for their IS F CCS-R model that will race this year at the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
Fans and supporters of the two companies are encouraged to take part of the project in which a 14,000-names decal will be designed to wrap the race car this year.

“Not everyone gets a chance to drive to the top of Pikes Peak, so 14,000 fans can now say they took part in the ride up the hill,” said Brian Smith, Lexus vice president of marketing.  “We are very excited to be partnering with the Tony Hawk Foundation to provide this great opportunity to our fans.”

The second oldest motor sport competition in America will take place on the 12.42-mile course stretched over the 156-turns twisted road that goes up the Pikes Peak Mountain in Colorado. The race starts on June 24th this year with the vehicle’s technical inspections and continues with a three-days qualification rounds between June 26th and 28th. The actual race will start on June 30th at 8:00 a.m.
