If you’ve been following our scooped cars for sale up so far, you could tell someone would have ended up with quite a collection if all found a home under one single roof. Still, that collection wouldn’t be complete without an oldschool Mack truck.
We found a nice model just now. It’s classic, looks pretty good for its age and comes in at only $20,000, which is also negotiable by the way. It is a 1960 Mack B61 in guise of a dump truck.
It’s an older restoration job, but even so, the truck looks age-less. The paint is in good condition, there are no dents on the body or the dump bed and those tires look like they could go for some couple thousand miles more.
The owner says the diesel engine starts and runs well. It is mated to a 5-speed transmission which in turn works the 2-speed geared rear axle. He says it will do 62 mph (100 km/h) at 2,000 rpm on the highway, which should be just about near the redline.
Open the high-mounted door and you’ll see a fully redone interior, with new upholstery, headliner and paint. It even comes with Mack carpets and a CB radio. Just head to the original post here to contact the seller.
