This year marks Batman's 85th anniversary, and the folks at Warner Brothers Discovery and DC Comics have plenty of surprises planned for the defender of Gotham City's milestone birthday.
Perhaps the biggest of all is the fact that they created a real-life interpretation of the luxurious Wayne Manor the famous DC character lives in when he's not fighting crime. It is a seven-story townhouse on West 17th Avenue in Manhattan, New York, and is filled to the brim with items inspired by Gotham City's most renowned billionaire, Bruce Wayne.

Apart from four bespoke hypercars designed by Automobili Pininfarina, those lucky enough to tour the premises will also find a couple of electric bikes inside the Wayne house in NY. These are the Wayne Enterprises Revolution W and Maverick W, designed and built by Hi-Power Cycles, a California-based manufacturer of electrically assisted bicycles that can go as fast as motorcycles. Both two-wheelers feature top-of-the-line components and advanced electronics and are meant to take the e-bike experience into the superhero realm, delivering the highest performance HPC has ever achieved on its bikes.

Touted as the world's fastest e-bike, the Wayne Enterprises Revolution W pays homage to Batman's first appearance in Issue #27 of Detective Comics and is a highly exclusive two-wheeler with only 27 units planned to be built. As its name suggests, it is based on HPC's standard Revolution W model, which is developed by the brand's Defense Division and forms part of its new collection of military bicycles.

Dressed in Midnight Black to reflect Bruce Wayne's secret identity and night-time persona, the limited-edition electric super bike is capable of offering the ultimate blend of style, agility, endurance, and discretion. It boasts a made-in-the-USA aerospace-grade aluminum frame with forged carbon fiber panels and windshield, nine inches of frame travel, and premium EXT Suspension front and back.

But what truly makes it worthy of superhero status is the mind-bogglingly powerful 10,500-watt motor that delivers up to 280 Nm of torque, which is quite a lot in the e-bike world. Having a 10.5 kW motor on a bike might sound unbelievable, but the Revolution W is real, and riding it will probably feel like pedaling on a rocket ship. It will not only carry the rider up the steepest hills with ease but will also allow them to reach top speeds of 80 mph (almost 130 kph).

Equipped with a 78V 27.9Ah battery, the Bruce Wayne-inspired bike will offer 100 miles (160 km) but at a much lower speed (approx. 20 mph). The e-bike rides on custom moto-style rims with Shinko 244, 19 x 2.75" tires, and stopping power is ensured by disc brakes front and back.

A rally-inspired cockpit covered in a sleek forged carbon fairing, coupled with a Fizik Vento Argo R1 adaptive saddle, Shimano pedals, a 5.5-inch TFT color smart display with Bluetooth connectivity, and high-resolution forward and rear-facing cameras, gives the rider all the comfort, information, and control they need for safe and exciting journeys.

The second Hi Power Cycles two-wheeler developed in honor of the Caped Crusader's 85th birthday is the Maverick W, a world-class electric enduro mountain bike capable of offering impressive performance in a sleek package. This one is limited to 100 units, and just like its Revolution W sibling, it boasts an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy chassis and plenty of features that will make many jump with excitement.

A standout feature of this special-edition HPC Maverick W is its unique high-pivot suspension design with 165mm travel, a setup specifically engineered with unparalleled performance in mind. A powerful motor that delivers a peak power of 2,000W and 200 Nm of torque puts it in a league of its own. In terms of speed, riders will be able to reach over 35 mph (56 kph), while the maximum throttle-only range is estimated at 60 miles (97 km).

The electric enduro bike comes with 29" Maxxis Minion FBF fat bike tires and world-cup winning Ohlins suspension front and rear, ensuring owners enjoy a smooth ride, improved traction, and better handling even across difficult terrain. This limited edition series also introduces a couple of new, premium components, including HPC's high-end CNC Enzo cranks that promise improved ergonomic performance and weight reduction, and the Cyclone Derby Cover, which is said to offer better motor cooling and weight reduction.

Meticulously assembled by hand in HPC's California headquarters, the Wayne Enterprises Revolution W and Maverick W are available for pre-order via Wayne Enterprises' website. They cost $29,995 and $17,995, respectively, and considering their scarcity, you should probably hurry up if you want to put your hands on one.

Apart from the automotive and mobility products inspired by the Caped Crusader, the Wayne Manor on West 17th Avenue, which is open until the end of the month, is also endowed with a high-end audio and visual home theater, museum-quality fine art, bespoke furniture, and luxury fashion, apparel, and jewelry, all of which are available for purchase.
