A fine-tuned suspension is one of the key elements that offer a top handling and allow the driver to really enjoy playing with a vehicle.
This is exactly what the suspension specialists at H&R had in mind when they developed their latest products: two lowering kits, one for the Audi RS5 and the other for the BMW 5 Series Touring.
The Audi RS5 is a Power War soldier fighting anything that stands in its way of reaching ultra-high speeds. The vehicle comes with a 4.2 liter naturally aspirated engine that delivers 450 hp and catapults it past the 62 mph (100 km/h) mark in 4.6 seconds. Of course, the car has been fitted with a suspension that can handle all the power, but, as you know, in the tuning world there’s always room for improvement.
And this is where H&R steps in. The company is offering a lowering kit that enhances the coupe's handling and also offers it an even more menacing appearance. The kit includes a set of lowering springs that can bring the vehicle closer to the road with 15 or 25 mm, depending on the customer’s choice, as well as new anti-roll bars. The tuner also offers an adjustable coilover system for the vehicle.
As for the BMW 5 Series Touring, this is lowered by 35 mm at the front and 15 mm at the rear. H&R also offers a set of billet wheelspacers for the Touring version of the car. These widen the track, offering improved handling and reducing the gap between the wheelarch and the wheel, offering an enhanced appearance.
