The Roadster version of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren was arguably the classiest open top supercar in the last couple of decades or so, and despite no longer being in production for almost four years it has aged more than gracefully.
In the following short car spotting video we have the pleasure of seeing a matte white SLR McLaren Roadster of the 722 S variety, which was built in only 150 units for not even two years.
Sporting a 650 horsepower version of the supercharged 5.4-liter V8 in the “regular” SLR, the 722 S edition could hit 200 km/h (124 mph) in just a little over ten seconds, which was more than enough time for your toupee to remain about half a mile from the place you had already reached with your Roadster.
This is not to say that SLR customers are mainly bald, but people who usually had the money for one weren't exactly teenagers either.
Getting back to the 722 S Roadster filmed bellow, we have to admit that is among the pretties we have ever seen, as the matte white color and non-painted carbon fiber parts blend in perfectly.
