Funny and Discriminatory Restriction against Bikers in London, UK

Interesting way to enforce vehicles operating silently around hospital areas found by local officials in Brent, London UK: completely banning motorcycles.
Now, the situation had to start somewhere: some idiots found no better place to race their bikes than on the very street where the Brent hospital is, obviously being looked at with the deepest hate. One does not have to be exactly genius to know that in hospital areas, honking, racing-type exhausts, revving are forbidden for all vehicles.

However, the decision the local authorities went for is a bit drastic: a total ban for motorcycles, as you can see from the photographed road sign. Well, not exactly the most lawful decision we might add, especially as cars are also generating noise and honk. Even more, with bikers also being tax payers, we might get to see some legal actions against the discriminatory practice of preventing them to use public roads freely.

In case high-speed driving or riding is to be eliminated from that area, speed bumps, chicanes or some random police work should send out a clearer message, while fines would be a welcome addition to local finance.

The British Motorcyclist Federation (BMF) is already on this matter and discussing with local officials for a decent solution. Banning all motorcycles from using a certain road given these conditions is anything but decent.
