Phoenix, Arizona-based Westcott Designs is not exclusively biased toward Toyota SUVs and trucks, but a great deal of its social media influence derives from it – as such, are we surprised to see an abundance of N400 Tacoma and 2024 Land Cruiser builds as of late?
The Japanese automaker had a full few months in the mid-size crossover and SUV department – they introduced us to the all-new N400 Toyota Tacoma, the all-new 2024 Lexus GX, the first-ever 2025 Toyota Crown Signia, as well as the latest and arguably greatest 2025 Toyota 4Runner. Plus, the legendary off-roader has returned – the 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser. Even though it's smaller and cheaper, it's not any less capable, of course.

The company offers the 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser in America starting from $55,950 – that's not exactly cheap. Still, it's way more affordable than its predecessor because now it's twinned with the Lexus GX on a mid-size version of the TNGA-F platform that also underpins the big Land Cruiser 300 sold in various overseas markets.

Only three grades are on offer – all motivated by the same i-Force Max inline-four electrified powertrain with 326 combined horsepower: Land Cruiser 1958 with round headlights, the 'Land Cruiser' trim with square units, and the limited series Land Cruiser First Edition, again with round headlights and the most goodies. If you want to personalize it, there are some goodies like 20-inch alloy wheels, a moonroof, the Premium Package, plus many accessories.

But if you really want to stand out in any crowd, then the aftermarket realm is the only way to go and hit a surefire home run. For example, Westcott has showcased various Land Cruisers over the past few weeks. They started with a triple attack of Land Cruisers for the Overland Expo West, which took place from May 17 to 19 in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Back then, they did more Toyota and Lexus work – on Tundras, GXs, and Tacomas, of course. But they couldn't stop coming back to the 2024 Land Cruiser. So, in addition to the gray, blue, and black custom units presented at Overland Expo West, they also created a so-called 'Moab Edition.' It's a satin matte build on the outside with the round headlights (probably a First Edition) featuring a special roof rack as well as enhanced ground clearance.

Obviously, this is a lifted Toyota Land Cruiser sitting on bronze wheels shod in meaty off-road tires. There are also custom rock sliders and a special lift kit – but it's a one-of-one model that isn't available for purchase. Of course, the aftermarket outlet is interested in gauging the interest of the surrounding audience and may release it into the wild if there's enough hype. Meanwhile, also check out its opposite – a white Land Cruiser!
