As promised, the BMW Group brought their Rolls-Royce Celestial Phantom car at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, to amaze us with an unique paint job and some sky-replicating headliner.
Just like any other Rolls-Royce Phantom, riding around in such a car is, from the beginning, a heavenly experience. However, with the new add-ons this car is bringing forth, things are bound to get even better.
According to Rolls-Royce, the cabin of the limousine is now done in 'Dusk' leather seats, has 'star-inspired' trims and a headliner that uses fibre-optic lights to replicate the night sky.
However, it's not just any night sky, it's supposedly replicating the sky that charmed the globe on January 1st, 2003, when the first Rolls-Royce Phantom was delivered (not that anyone could tell the difference).
Another interesting detail about the Celestial Phantom is that the rear privacy divider's clock has four diamonds in it, whilst the famed Rolls-Royce Picnic Set was reinvented, the glassware now featuring a beautifully hand-engraved Celestial motif.
